Cottage Tariff is subjected to % GST on Cottage Rates as per prevailing laws. Taxes are subject to change as per government Regulations without prior intimation.
Hotel’s check in time is 13:00 hours & check out time is 10:30 hours. Early check in and late checkout requests can be considered subject to availability of Cottages and additional charge. Any early departure would be liable to pay Cottage night charges for the entire booking period.
Cottages will be held on confirmed basis subject to guarantee either by the company in writing or by the credit card.
All the non-guaranteed reservations will be released by 18:00 hrs on the date of arrival.
Guaranteed Cottage reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival would attract a retention charge equivalent to one night’s Cottage rate offered.
As per Government of India norms, you are requested to carry a valid photo ID and produce it at the time of check in.
